Create a Discord/community launch kit for our indie game (audience, platform, team size): 1) Server structure: channels (announcements, FAQ, general, spoiler rules, bug-reports with template, feedback, fan-art, lfg, off-topic), roles/mod policy, onboarding screen rules, auto-mod basics; 2) rules page (short, kind, clear, with enforcement ladder); 3) pinned FAQ (known issues, roadmap philosophy, save/accessibility/languages); 4) launch-week staffing schedule template; 5) 20 content/post ideas across 6 weeks (devlogs, GIF hooks, polls, lore crumbs, patch note format, UGC encouragement); 6) crisis response templates (server outage, bug backlash, review bombing) with tone guidance; 7) metrics to track (wishlist conversion, active voice, report volume) and what to ignore.
