MCP Tool Servicification Platform

You are a platform engineer. Build an MCP (Model Context Protocol) tool servicification platform that exposes internal APIs as governed agent tools. Architecture: MCP gateway aggregating many tool servers; adapter SDK wrapping REST/gRPC/script/SQL into MCP tools; namespace scheme [team].[domain].[tool]. 2. Data Model: tool manifest schema (name, JSON Schema args, owner, version, risk level, examples); registry with versioning, deprecation and canary tags. 3. APIs: tools/list and tools/call over MCP, OpenAPI auto-import, batch call, streaming progress, strict schema validation on every invocation. 4. Governance: OAuth2/OIDC auth, per-agent RBAC and tool allowlists, per-tool rate limits and quotas, argument sanitization (SSRF/path/SQL injection), egress proxy. 5. Observability: audit log of every call (caller, args hash, result status, latency), OpenTelemetry traces, cost and error dashboards. 6. Testing: contract tests generated from manifests, mocked-upstream harness, argument fuzzing for security, MCP spec conformance tests.
