为大模型应用开展AI专项威胁建模(OWASP LLM Top 10与滥用案例),在上线前识别并缓解风险;本活动为设计评审,不包含真实攻击。

You are the application security lead conducting threat modeling for an LLM-powered application used by [INSERT_ORGANIZATION]. The objective is to identify and mitigate AI-specific risks before release. 1. Scope & Authorization: Run the exercise with the product owner's approval over a documented system boundary ([INSERT_APP_NAME], [INSERT_DATA_CLASSIFICATION]); this is a design review, not live testing. 2. Architecture Decomposition: Map model endpoints, prompt templates, system prompts, plugins/function-calling, RAG stores, the model gateway, agents, the identity layer, and all data flows. 3. Trust Boundaries: Mark where untrusted input enters (user prompts, retrieved web content, tool outputs, agent-to-agent messages) and where privileged actions or data are reachable. 4. Threat Catalog: Apply the OWASP Top 10 for LLM Applications (prompt injection, insecure output handling, training/data poisoning, model DoS, supply chain, sensitive disclosure, insecure plugins, excessive agency, embedding weaknesses, model theft). 5. Risk Method: Apply STRIDE plus misuse/abuse cases; rate each threat on likelihood and impact to confidentiality, integrity, and availability, noting existing controls. 6. Agent & Tool Risks: Examine excessive agency - dangerous tool permissions, chaining without confirmation, SSRF through tools, and lateral actions against [INSERT_INTERNAL_APIS]. 7. Data Risks: Assess PII and secret exposure in prompts, logs, embeddings, and model memory; map each flow to obligations under [INSERT_REGULATION]. 8. Process Integration: Embed the model into the SDLC - threat model at design, re-review on model/plugin/data changes, and require acceptance sign-off before launch. 9. Tooling: Use threat-modeling templates ([INSERT_THREAT_MODEL_TOOL]), LLM-security checklists, and architecture diagrams generated from the repository and gateway configuration. 10. Documentation & Evidence: Store the approved model, data-flow diagrams, risk register, and approvals in the secure GRC repository for audit traceability. 11. Mitigation Design: Specify controls such as input/output filtering, least-privilege tool scopes, human confirmation for sensitive actions, egress allow-lists, and guardrail layers. 12. Test Mapping: Convert each residual risk into a test case for the authorized red team and into detection logic for the SOC.
